以闽西美丽乡村建设试点村的草根体育组织为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实地调研法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,对乡村精英与农村草根体育组织的内涵、乡村精英在农村草根体育组织建设中的角色定位、乡村精英参与下农村草根体育组织建设面临的困境进行研究,并在此基础上提出乡村精英参与农村草根体育组织建设的实践路径:加强对乡村精英的培训工作,鼓励其参与组织建设,提高组织服务的专业化水平;重视乡村精英人才队伍建设,扩大组织的参与网络;发挥精英的组织主导作用,拓宽组织的筹资渠道;完善组织规章制度的建设,规范精英权力运行;重视精英的社会互动,提升组织的发展活力.旨在发挥乡村精英的积极作用,促进农村草根体育组织及农村体育事业的健康发展.  相似文献

“Enactment of Sámi Past in School Textbooks: Towards Multiple Pasts for Future Making”

The article examines the use of archaeological knowledge in elementary history textbooks used in Norwegian schools today. The aim is to determine whether we can find any traces of colonialism by reviewing how these narratives perform in interrelations within and between the Sámi and Norse pasts, and how the narratives allow for hybridity and heterogeneity. Postcolonial theory turns the narrative into an object of analysis. The findings show that the Sámi material remains are outside the system of cultural change and that the temporal and spatial distances produce binary and homogeneous cultures. New material perspectives can intervene in singular performativity. Learning to enact dynamic material heterogeneity may affect the future of pupils’ participation in cultural negotiations of pastsin present.  相似文献   

Family factors and parenting in Ukraine

The present study aimed to estimate the use of positive and negative parenting practices in Ukraine and explore relationships between parenting practices, intimate partner violence (IPV), alcohol use, and sociodemographics. Parents of children (N = 320) ages 9–16 from three Ukrainian regions answered questions from the Alabama Parenting Questionnaire (APQ), the Revised Conflict Tactics Scales (CTS-R), Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES), and the Alcohol Use Section of the Drinking and Drug History and Current Use Patterns questionnaire. Ukrainian parents who reported lower use of alcohol, balanced family functioning and lower intimate partner violence were more likely to use positive parenting and less likely to use negative parenting practices. Parents with lower education were more likely to use negative parenting practices. Furthermore, alcohol use, IPV, parent education and higher family income were significantly and indirectly related with positive and negative parenting scores. The model explained 61% of variance in the positive parenting, 67% in the negative parenting.  相似文献

采用文献资料法、录像观察法和比较分析法对第13、14届世界健美操锦标赛成绩进行对比分析,并结合2013-2016年周期新规则,探究世界竞技健美操竞争格局和发展态势,为中国竞技健美操进一步发展提供可借鉴的理论依据。研究认为:竞赛规则指引着竞技健美操发展方向,对新规则的理解和掌握直接影响着比赛成绩;世界竞技健美操保持欧亚大陆雌雄争夺、美洲势单力薄的"偏"三足鼎立竞争格局;亚洲国家总奖牌数和金银铜牌数追平乃至超越欧洲国家,强烈冲击欧洲国家长久统治的主宰地位;中国竞技健美操在经历低谷后焕发崭新生机,重新进入国际领军集团;世界竞技健美操呈现国际化发展的确定性和洲际、国家强弱流动的不确定性互相交织的态势发展。  相似文献   

Assessing Determinants of Perceived Ease of Use of Institutional Repositories by Lecturers in Nigerian Universities

Abstract

Institutional repositories (IRs) present platform to disseminate research findings to complement the traditional scholarly communication model. The use of IRs is beneficial to authors, host institutions, libraries and society at large. Despite the numerous benefits of IRs, there is low deposit of scholarly works by lecturers and the investment on IRs seems to be a waste. This study examined determinants of perceived ease of use (PEOU) of IRs by lecturers in Nigerian universities. A survey of lecturers received 857 respondents. Awareness, anchor and adjustment factors were found to be determinants of PEOU of Institutional repositories by lecturers in Nigerian Universities.  相似文献   

新规则下大级别古典跤运动员在国际比赛中技战术特点的研究

摘要：为了了解国外优秀古典式摔跤运动员在2013年新规则实施后的技战术特点，为中国摔跤队备战2016年里约奥运会的训练提供科学依据，本文通过查阅文献、专家访谈和使用自主研发的摔跤视频技战术统计分析软件对2013年摔跤比赛新规则实施后的我国古典式摔跤大级别（98公斤级和130公斤级）主要对手的比赛视频进行了研究。结论：1）新规则下98kg和130kg两个级别主要得分技术均为滚桥摔技术和转移摔技术；在其他大分值技术中像过胸摔技术、过背摔技术和抱折摔技术两个级别之间也没有明显的差异。2）新规则下站立摔技术的得分远高于跪撑摔技术。虽然站立摔得分高于跪撑摔，但是在单项动作技术得分中，跪撑摔技术中的滚桥摔是得分最高的技术。建议：1）因为古典跤采用新规则后站立摔技术得分远高于跪撑摔技术得分，所以这两个级别的运动员在日常训练中要加强对站立摔技术的训练和使用，并选择大分值动作作为自己的绝招加以练习。2）虽然在新规则中取消了30s的强制跪撑，但是增加消极判罚后，反而增加了滚桥技术的得分和使用次数，所以要加强对滚桥防守的训练。  相似文献   

Childhood adversity and the risk of substance use and delinquency: The role of protective adult relationships

Youth involved in the child welfare system experience multiple early adversities that can contribute to increased risk of substance use and delinquency. Although adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) have been associated with poorer behavioral outcomes among youth, less is known about the possible protective factors that may influence the relationship between early adversity and risk-taking behavior. This study examined whether protective adult relationships moderated the link between cumulative ACEs and substance use and delinquency after controlling for demographic characteristics in child welfare-involved youth. The sample included 1054 youth, ages 11–17, from the National Survey of Child and Adolescent Well-Being II who were in the first wave of data collection. Results showed that protective adult relationships moderated the relationship between ACEs and substance use, but not for delinquency. Specifically, under lower levels of protective adult relationships, cumulative ACEs related to increased substance use among youth. Implications for child welfare practices to target youths' support systems are discussed.  相似文献
